Day 01: Arrival in Cochin – Alleppey Houseboat
Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to Alleppey. Board a traditional Kerala houseboat and begin a memorable cruise through the picturesque backwaters. Enjoy delicious local cuisine prepared onboard as you sail past lush paddy fields, coconut groves, and charming villages. Relax and witness a spectacular sunset over the tranquil waters before an overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 02: Alleppey – Thekkady
After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive to Thekkady, home to the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the afternoon exploring a fragrant spice plantation. Learn about Kerala’s world-renowned spices and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Thekkady (Periyar)
After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Thekkady. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s most popular wildlife reserves, where you may spot elephants, deer, wild boar, and a variety of bird species. Choose from optional activities such as a jeep safari, bamboo rafting, nature walk, or boat ride on Periyar Lake (subject to availability). Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Thekkady – Varkala
Following breakfast, drive to the beautiful coastal town of Varkala. After checking into your hotel, spend the evening relaxing on the famous Varkala Beach. Enjoy breathtaking cliffside views and watch the sun set over the Arabian Sea.
Day 05: Varkala
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before spending the day at your own pace. Relax on the beach, participate in a rejuvenating yoga session, indulge in an Ayurvedic massage, or explore the vibrant cafés and local markets along the cliffside promenade.
Day 06: Varkala Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Varkala’s local attractions, including ancient temples, coastal viewpoints, and nearby markets. You may also choose to enjoy optional water activities such as swimming or snorkeling, or simply unwind by the beach while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
Day 07: Varkala – Delhi
After breakfast, transfer to Trivandrum Airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening exploring Delhi’s colorful local markets or relaxing at your hotel.
Day 08: Departure from Delhi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Delhi International Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your enchanting Kerala holiday.
